Your local Building Authority may require an inspection or certification from an engineer.
Inspections are typically done before a project begins to determine the feasibility of the work and/or determine what needs to happen for a project to begin. APEKS can provide you with this service as well as a certification for prior works or a sign off to certify that work has been completed as intended.
